**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Able to complete regular design work in schematic design ordesign development andconstruction document independently\.能够基本独立完成方案设计或扩初和施工图设计。
+ Responsible for the budget control of the project, ensuring keydeadlines are met and the project stays on schedule\.负责项目预算和项目设计进度控制，并能够按照设计进度提交各阶段设计文件。
+ Responsible for the project operation and coordination\.负责项目的运作和协调工作。
+ Able to response to the technical problem in the project and has the ability to provide innovation solution\.能够对项目中的技术问题做出合理的回应，并可提供具有创新性的解决方法。
+ Able to evaluate, select and apply standard architecture procedures and criteria independently\.能够基本独立完成对设计中各类问题的评估和选择，并合理应用建筑专业规范和标准。
+ Responsible for managing presentations and reporting design progress to the client\.能够基本独立向客户介绍项目和向客户协调设计进度。
+ Responsible for client management and improving client satisfaction\.能够负责与客户的协调工作，并负责提升客户满意度。
**Minimum Requirements** **Requirements:**
+ Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture\.建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历。
+ Fluency in written and spoken English, CET level 4 or above is required\.大学英语四级以上，熟练的英语听说读写能力。
+ 1st Class registered architect is preferable\.具有国家一级注册建筑师证书者或相应资质者优先。
+ 8\+ years experience in for a number of projects that is realized or will be built\.8年以上大型甲级设计院或公司建筑设计相关工作经验。
+ Superb conceptual, design talent, and communication abilitiesorhas a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects\.具有优秀的方案设计和交流能力，或具有大中型建筑项目从方案到施工图的工作经验。
+ Strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Revit、Microsoft office and other software related to building implements design\.熟练操作天正建筑、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Revit和Microsoft office等相关设计软件。
+ BIM user is preferred\.熟悉BIM的候选人优先考虑。
+ Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for team work\.具有良好的责任心、组织协调能力和团队协作精神。
+ Candidates with awarded projects are preferable\.有获奖的个人主创设计作品者优先。
**Preferred Qualifications**
