**Job Summary**
The Scottish Building Surveying Team are looking for a Chartered **Building Surveyor** to join their team\.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering surveys, reports and construction projects\.
They will require the ability to deal with Clients on their own and take instructions and also assist with Business Development and Graduate Development\.
**Minimum Requirements**
The candidate must have experience in the successful delivery of the following:
•Condition Surveys
•Schedules of Condition
•Dilapidation Surveys
•Technical Due Diligence Surveys
•Contract Administration for maintenance and refurb projects
•Technical monitoring roles
**Preferred Qualifications** Honours Degree in Building Surveying and Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors
