We enable the success of our employees and our operations by ensuring they have the tools, information, resources and support they need to do their jobs\. **Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Financial HR Analyst to join our Project Management Office team, where you will Do you thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment? Do you want to use your technical skills to help make key value\-added human resource decisions? Like working with numbers and Excel? If so, this opportunity might be for you\! work on a variety of analytical assignments, interact with our senior HR leadership team, and play an important part in the human resources strategy and finance of a global Fortune 500 company\. This key role will help develop models for evaluating our human capital activities including return on human capital investment, workforce planning and analysis, predictive analytics, utilization analysis, and financial modeling\. Responsibilities include: + Prepare and maintain complex financial models + Perform workforce and demographic analysis as needed + Research and analyze workforce trends in the industry and conduct benchmarking studies + Research and analyze financial statement data + Perform forecasting and analysis + Market research + Develop reports for key strategic initiatives + Perform financial forecasting + Perform ad\-hoc strategic analyses and research assignments + Identify trends and developments + Develop reports and present key insights and recommendations + Perform other duties as assigned **Minimum Requirements** + Strong quantitative and analytical skills and has the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statements, key financial ratios, valuation models and techniques + High proficiency in Excel including the ability to manipulate large amounts of data efficiently and effortlessly,extensive experience with @functions and macros; and experience developing interactive forecasting models strongly preferred\. + Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word + Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives, and virtually at times + Independent, yet collaborative + Ability to work in a high\-paced environment with a sense of urgency + Outstanding oral communication, written and presentation skills + Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously + Consultative, service\-oriented mindset and collaborative problem\-solving skills + Proactive and goal\-oriented, and manage change effectively Education Bachelor’s Degree \(or equivalent work experience\) and 5~8 years related experience in finance, accounting, big data and/or other technical/numerical\-based function; consulting or strategic planning experience a plus\. **Preferred Qualifications** HR experience preferred; **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
