Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 2 years' experience or combination of education, certifications and specialized industry experience (subject to the Government Contracting Officer granting a waiver).
Candidates must have:
• CCNA Voice Certification
• 2 or more year’s experience in Cisco VoIP environment
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Be able to work directly with different teams, and provide different levels of customer support and training
• Have knowledge and understanding of basic networking principles and administration
• Knowledge and experience with CUCM and Unity Connection versions 10.x+
• Knowledge and experience with Cisco WebEx (CWMS – on premise version)
It is highly desirable that candidates have:
• Skill in using analytics, logic and reasoning to troubleshoot issues and find the best solutions to overcome challenges
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
• Previous experience supporting a Federal Government Agency

May be required to work evenings and weekends. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required)
Job Description: AECOM is seeking Junior VoIP Technician, with experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager), Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco WebEx and Layer 1,2 troubleshooting at a federal agency in Washington DC.
In this role you will primarily be responsible for:
• Moves, adds, changes and troubleshooting of Cisco VoIP phones (models 8945, 9951, 7970, 7937, etc…)
• Providing quick turnaround of VoIP tickets to maintain SLAs
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
• Moderate Cisco WebEx meetings
• Troubleshoot Layer 1 connectivity (LAN drops, patch panels)
• Configure VLAN’s on Cisco switches
• Assists with the documentation and detailed network drawings and other required documentation based as needed.
• Analyzes voice and network documentation and provides detailed reports to the senior engineer
