**Job Summary**
+ Assist in the preparation of proposals and pre\-qualification documentation ensuring a professional standard
+ Assist in the development of supporting materials \(illustrations, tables, etc\.\) with ability to conceptualize, format, structure, write, edit and finalize proposal\.
+ Co\-ordinate the logistics of tender submissions \(i\.e\. typing, printing, photocopying, binding, etc\.\)
+ Maintain Client Information database including regular follow up with the Business Lines on business activities
+ Maintain workable filing system of tender documents
+ Maintain a standard library of tender documents
+ Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the quality of the proposals process and documentation
**Minimum Requirements**
+ GCE A Level or Diploma holder, with a minimum of 3\-5 years working experience
+ Possess a flair for communication, both written and verbal
+ Proficient level of English both oral and written
+ Highly organized, meticulous, with an eye for detail
+ Comprehensive range administrative skills and client support services
+ Excellent interpersonal skills\. A proactive and effective communicator who can relate well to people at all levels
+ Ability to build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact
+ Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast\-paced, deadline driven environment
+ Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills
+ Positive thinker with a can do attitude and a willingness to learn
