**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary** The AECOM office in St\. Louis is seeking an experienced administrative professional to handle general office accounting and administrative responsibilities\.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
+ Reviewing, coding and processing Accounts Payable documents for approval
+ Setting up purchase requisition documents for invoice matching
+ Preparing expense report documents on behalf of technical staff
+ Assisting staff with general office duties \(document preparation, filing, back\-up for receptionist\)
+ The successful candidate will bring good communication skills, proven work history, and the ability to prioritize workload and work independently
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
+ Relevant experience with \(office administration, accounting, secretarial\) in a professional office environment
+ General office administration and accounting; attention to detail; self\-directed; able to handle a high volume of work with multiple priorities
+ Computer literate; Microsoft suite of products; basic accounting
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 5 years of relevant experience \(office administration, accounting, secretarial\) in a professional office environment
+ Accounts payable or purchasing experience
+ Experience working in a technical professional services firm
