**Job Summary** We now have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team for an initial 6 month period, supporting our Greater China \(GC\) region\. With a headcount in excess of 7300 people spanning Hong Kong, People Republic of China and Taiwan your role will see you work closely with all members of the GC TA team, providing administration and coordination support, including:
+ Uploading new roles on the AECOM Candidate Management System and posting new job adverts to our online channels
+ General Candidate Management System maintenance including creating candidate profiles
+ Assist in tracking recruitment invoices and offer’s out
+ Candidate reference checking, both verbal and written
+ Coordinating interviews with our candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless and efficient process,
+ Meet and greet candidates in Hong Kong
+ Liaising with candidates to collate supporting documents as part of the recruiting process
+ Support the 2015/2016 Graduate recruitment campaign
+ Other Ad\-hoc TA duties
**Minimum Requirements** You maybe a recent HR graduate who is seeking your first role in a corporate HR environment\. Alternatively you are currently in a Recruiting Administration role seeking a new challenge\. You must be a strong collaborator with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet\. You will have the confidence to reach out and network within a large and complex corporate environment\. You will have proven Microsoft Office skills \(Excel & Word\) with strong attention to detail\.
Key to your success is your ability to prioritize and to communicate confidently \(both verbal and written\) in English and Cantonese \(Additionally, Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded\)\.
