+ Assess “Constructability” and “Boundary” input during the Engineering Work Package defining stage\.
+ Submit “Request For Information” \(RFI’s\) as required for unclear scope\.
+ Submit Trend Alerts as required for additional scope\.
+ Provide Constructability analysis on any suggested changes\. \( i\.e\. Safety Health Environment or Risk, Cost, Productivity, and/or Schedule\)
+ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the scope of the EWPs \(Engineering Work Packages\)\.
+ Determine Craft requirements for Front End Planning\.
+ Develop a strong understanding of the Clients Engineering Specifications\.
+ Sign off Readiness Checklist for each Work Package\.
+ Work with the Planning Team to Determine Craft Manpower requirements\.
+ Liaison between the Front End Planning team and the Client\.
+ Liaison between the Front End Planning team and the Field or Facility “Execution” Planning team \(s\)\.
+ Liaison with the facility on deliverables andwith thesite for planning priorities\.
+ Liaison with functional support, help determine these requirements with the PM\.
+ Manage the Front End Planning team to the WFP \(Workface Planning\) Process\.
+ Coach and Mentor the Front End Planning Team to the process\.
+ Periodic Site visits to help coach and mentor the Dynamic Planning team to the process\.
+ Elevate the Readiness checklist to the Senior PM or Senior CM if the package is not ready to go to site, and the site is starting to execute the scope prematurely\.
+ Ensure the Work Package mapping / tracking log is available on FDMS and kept up to date as per the planning progress\.
+ Ensure Score Card is completed as per the attests and posted\.
+ Save Score Card on URS Document Management System \(FDMS\) under functional area \(Construction Operations/Construction Planning\)\.
