**About the Business Line** **Energy**
We address the complete spectrum of energy challenges, including clean and renewable energy, energy efficiency and carbon management, hydropower and dams, thermal, geothermal and wind power generation, and transmission and distribution\.
**Job Summary** The High Tech Business Line at AECOM drives marketing, relationship management and business development for the Top 20 global consumer and enterprise technology companies\. AECOM is looking for a highly motivated, resourceful and experienced Program Manager/Construction Manager with a passion for technology\.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
+ Manage projects from concept to completion, working with the designers in the pre\-construction phases and managing subcontractors in the field
+ Develop schedules for individual projects and establish an overall schedule
+ Establish and manage project budgets
+ Analyze and manage the cost and time of field changes
+ Completely close\-out all projects in a timely manner
+ Work with Senior Construction Manager to problem solve construction related issues on project site
+ Supervise and manage construction inspection and testing
+ Take attendance at internal and external project meetings
+ Communicate with upper management and clients to verify timely coordination and proper status of assigned construction projects
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Associate's Degree in related field
+ 10\+ years' relevant industry experience, including five years of construction and project related experience, as well as management of staff during the pre\-construction and construction phases
+ Experience with managing contracts and change orders
+ A positive attitude a must
+ Experience with budget management and processing contractor applications for payment
+ Has a bias for solving client needs first, an ability to collaborate, and the tenacity to stay focused on driving business results
+ Experience leading project meetings at the site
+ Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
+ Experience leading teams of contractors and working in a client\-facing capacity
+ Experience with LEED certified projects
+ Has a passion for innovation, and an entrepreneurial, can\-do spirit
+ Proficient with MS Project, Microsoft Office
+ Experience with QA / QC
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree a plus
