**Job Summary** The Buildings \+ Places Group within the Design & Construction Services of AECOM is actively seeking a diverse, experienced commissioning professional for immediate employment in the Cleveland, Ohio office\. The qualified applicant will demonstrate their ability to provide constructability reviews of MEP design drawings and commission MEP systems for exciting, challenging projects in health care, higher education and federal government facilities\. This senior position requires the individual to lead and help continue the growth of the commissioning services by generating revenue, mentoring the less\-experienced commissioning staff and participating in business development activities\.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
+ Heating/cooling load analysis
+ Utility consumption analysis
+ Predictive and calibrated energy modeling
+ Energy auditing and LEED Consulting Services
+ Commissioning design reviews
+ Develop pre\-functional checklists
+ Develop function performance testing procedures
+ Perform actual commissioning duties in the construction phase of projects\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors degreein Mechanical Engineering \(BSME\) or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Minimum 10\+ years of experience in the architectural/engineering field commissioning the mechanical and electrical systems for health care, higher education and federal government facilities;
+ PE certification Required
+ Accredited LEED Professional or working knowledge of the LEED certification process, energy modeling and knowledge of computerized drafting software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP\.
**Preferred Qualifications** Has one or more of the following similar certifications:
+ Certified Commissioning Professional \(CPP\)
+ Certified Building Commissioning Professional \(CBCP\)
+ Commissioning Process Management Professional \(CPMP\)
