• Government contractor financial experience highly desired. • Experience with CostPoint a great plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent knowledge of Excel; excellent organizational skills; and ability to perform detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment are required. Positive, problem-solving attitude is a must. • Candidates must be able to multitask, work independently and effectively manage time; to recognize and research issues and make recommendations / decisions based on that research; and to work accurately under firm and quick-turn-around deadlines. • Must work well in a team environment, collaborating with others to accomplish company objectives • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time is required. • Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Job Description: AECOM is seeking a Financial Analyst Lead to support Federal contracts in our San Antonio, TX office. The successful candidate will: 1. Provide financial support including forecasting, cost tracking, and indirect rate management. 2. Work closely with Program Management and Contracts Administrators to ensure financial performance on contracts including; conformance to budgetary limits, monitoring of Accounts Receivable and DSO, and verification of Revenue/EBIT recognition. 3. In addition to direct program support, will supervise and mentor a small staff of financial analysts, provide training, and will help to develop training materials and formats for the entire team. 4. Analyze financial performance and report information to senior management is required. 5. Will support contracts in multiple locations throughout the country. 6.
