Job Description: The Civil Engineering Group of AECOM in Williamsport is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Environmental Engineer for immediate employment in the Williamsport, PA office. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in storm water, water resources, land development, and/or oil and gas permitting. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for preparing and designing ESCGP-2, NPDES, and Water Quality permit packages for various projects in various industries (Oil and Gas projects and others)
• Prepare grading plans for roads and pads using CAD Civil 3D
• Responsible for preparing plan, specification, and estimates for civil engineering projects (Oil and Gas project and others)
• Performs standard computations or analysis
• As part of a Quality Management System Team, provide guidance, quality control and quality assurance for permitting and construction projects related to URS clients in the Oil and Gas, Municipal, and Land Development
• Responsible for client communication and marketing as opportunities arise
