Should be proficient at organizational dynamics, behavior, and development with expertise in devising agency/organization strategy development; designing, leading, and organizing business process improvement efforts; proven success in implementing advanced methods, tools, and procedures to execute developmental strategy. Executive responsible for providing strategic direction, vision, leadership and program management to the team.
