**About the Business Line** **Government**
AECOM’s Global Support Services \(GSS\) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs\. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere\. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world\. GSS supports the U\.S\. Government, non\-U\.S\. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support\.
**Job Summary** Under the direction of the Sr\. Director of Talent Acquisition this position will provide both general and specialized recruiting support for one or more locations\.
Essential Responsibilities of the position:
+ Source applicants utilizing a variety of recruiting methods including, but not limited to, newspaper advertising, internet sources, colleges, professional publications and associations, and internal and external job fairs\.
+ Screen resumes and forward to appropriate hiring managers and/or local HR Representatives\.
+ Interview applicants as appropriate\.
+ Represent the company at recruiting events including, but not limited to, external job fair\(s\), on\-site job fair\(s\), and college recruiting event\(s\)\.
+ Conduct reference checks on applicants\.
+ Prepare job postings and distribute internally and externally\.
+ Prepare offer letters in conjunction with HR Representatives\.
+ Manage applicant flow data for EEOC/AAP\.
+ Manage accurate database through use of talent management/applicant tracking systems or resume databases\.
+ Troubleshoot immediate IT issues within talent management/applicant tracking systems
+ Primary POC for various vendor accounts\.
+ Manage complex recruitment assignments that require creative application of social media, networking and referrals to address specific recruitment challenges\.
+ Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 3 years job related experience or equivalent\.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills\.
+ Must possess high knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel to include pivot tables and complex spreadsheets\.
+ Familiarity with resume management technology tools\.
+ Experience working in a highly confidential, highly demanding fast paced environment\.
+ Ability to think and act independently and strategically with an emphasis on proactive and effective ideas on improving performance, procedures, and protocols\.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and meet tight deadlines\.
+ Prior supervisory experience desired\.
+ Position may require travel\.
+ Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance\.
**Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience working for a government contractor
