Five years’ experience in property management, supply, and procurement management. Three years’ management/supervisory experience in logistics field. Two years’ experience utilizing electronic supply chain/tools.. Position may require travel. Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Must Possess and maintain a Security Clearance. Possess a valid state issued driver’s license. Minimum Position-Specific Training Required -Familiarity with Government supply system and FAR, Government Property Part 45 -Formal logistics training (military, Government) or equivalent vocational school -HAZMAT and HAZCOM training Job Description: Responsible for the logistical support of the YTTR. Provides maintenance coordination to ensure contract requirements are satisfied. Implements the CTTR Property Control System and serves as the YTTR Property Coordinator. Provides procurement management to meet applicable plans and directives to support mission needs. Provides supply support and prepares and submits supply support plan to meet applicable regulations. Oversees inventory management to meet contract requirements and maintain property inventory records IAW FAR 45.5 using the IEMS database. Implements and coordinates a system for updating and reporting inventory changes to meet contract requirements. Determines and maintains required quantities of on-site spares, support equipment, consumables, bench stock, and technical documentation. Oversees the preparation of all equipment, supplies, documents, and data for shipment. Oversees loading, transporting, and unloading all equipment and supplies to support operational, maintenance, overhaul, and logistics requirements. Oversees identification of discrepancies in shipments received and maintenance of files on all shipping documents for outbound/received items. Coordinates all pickups and deliveries to/from supply and ensures courier services are provided as required. Oversees all procurement processes including purchase requirements and purchase orders. Responsible for obtaining Government approval on all items above site limit. Oversees the locating, obtaining quotes, and procuring of quality parts, supplies, and equipment from the nearest available and best value to the government commercial/ Government source. Ensures all company and government purchasing procedures are followed. Responsible for preparing budgets and projected expenditures. Tracks all expenditures for O&M support, including labor and overtime costs, travel vouchers, training expenses, and is responsible for ensuring vouchers for payment are submitted in a timely manner. Responsible for obtaining motor vehicles and special purpose vehicles. Ensures all vehicles are maintained to meet transportation requirements. Reports logistics status and monitors repair status using the IEMS System. Maintains supply forecast requirements and reports mission-critical items. Verifies priority parts needs and maintains files for request for services. Responsible for obtaining and providing petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) supplies required for range power generation and HVAC equipment. Responsible for the storage, transportation, cleanup and disposition of lubricants, cleaning fluids, and any other chemical, toxic, or hazardous waste material. Responsible for refuse disposal. Ensures portable facilities and potable water are available at remote range sites. Responsible for implementing the HAZCOMM Program, and for the safe handling and storage of HAZMAT. Ensures economy of operations by improvement of work methods and procedures. Ensures employees conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times in accordance with government regulations, contractual requirements and applicable company policies. Resolves personnel problems and situations within assigned functional area. Evaluates performance of assigned personnel. Administers subcontracts. Uses the IEMS to manage assigned activities and resources. Uses the IEMS to monitor, enter and report personnel training. Other assigned duties as required and assigned by CSM.
