Job Responsibilities/Duties
Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) Property Management Manager is responsible for aiding in the development and continuous improvement of the Property Management staff personnel, actively participate in salary planning and personnel development activities, direct the daily activities of staff and provide participate in budget planning and cost management of the Property Management System. The Property Management Manager will develop procedures required to implement the Property Management System; review and provide input to other department procedures required to implement the Property Management System; provide training for staff and other Department personnel on the Property Management System; conduct assessments on implantation of the Property Management System; and follow-up with implementation of corrective actions. In addition, the Property Management Manager will coordinate & resolve Problem Evaluation Requests (PERs) applicable to the Property Management System; investigate, analyze, and determine the solutions to problems and provide guidance regarding Property Management System; support management in developing appropriate interface agreements and documents with other Hanford contractors and comply with WRPS Standards of Conduct. Other duties and assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS Degree and a minimum of 10 years property management experience; a minimum of 5 years experience managing property and personnel or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with Sunflower Asset Management System.
Knowledge of DOE FAR 52.245-1 and property management techniques.
