Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs\. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\.
**Job Summary**
•Basic knowledge of construction processes and advanced scheduling principles
•Work on moderate schedules under general supervision
•Responsible for the assistance and/or development of design and construction schedules,
•Analysis of baseline schedule and schedule updates
•Monitoring of schedule delays
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must be fluent in the use of Primavera P6, and MS Project
+ Must be able to develop a construction CPM schedule under the guidance of a senior scheduler utilizing design/construction drawings and construction experience/knowledge
+ Excellent communication skills with project team and ability to multi\-task on several projects at once required\.
+ Interfaces with clients and attends project meetings as needed on a regular basis\.
+ Ability to assess the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Five plus years experience in construction management and/or scheduling
+ B\.S\. degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
+ Knowledge of vertical construction means and methods required
