**About the Business Line** **Program, Cost, Consultancy**
We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\.
**Job Summary** To carry out the following QS duties and responsibilities during Pre and Post Contract stages but not limited to:
+ Preliminary cost estimates
+ Cost planning and cost studies
+ Tender documentation \(including measurement and estimating\)
+ Tender procurement and management
+ Letter of Acceptance
+ Contract documentation
+ Interim valuations
+ Variation orders/change management
+ Contract administration
+ Project meetings
+ Final account
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum 2 years working experience encompassing both pre and post contract in preferably in the consultancy firms\. Contractor and client’s experience is also considerable\.
+ In\-depth knowledge of construction condition of contract especially FIDIC Conditions of Contract
+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English\.
+ Mature and independent candidate with experience in Pre and Post contract administration of construction projects with ability to liaise with clients\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering
