Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business or related field, or demonstrated equivalent and related experience.
Experience:
• Entrants to this position require 4 years of experience in engineering, procurement and construction projects or operating industrial facilities in a planning and scheduling position.
• Proficient in Primavera (P6) software experience
• Construction experience
• Cost experience - cost reporting and EVM (Earned Value Management) experience required
• Due to the nature of work, candidate must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident of the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Outage experience/Boiler experience
• Estimating construction costs/manhours
• Assisting in proposals
• Able to communicate effectively and present information to the client
Additional Information:
• Position will be based in our Monroe, MI location but travel to several sites in the area will be required.

Position Description or Typical Responsibilities:
• Assists in analyzing and using schedule data to identify key project issues.
• Gathers data for schedule development appropriate to task.
• Able to identify and assist in analysis of project schedule variances.
• Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of WBS and helps insure that project coding is effectively used for all cornerstone applications.
