**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary**
+ Project management of existing and future WGP projects
+ Expert content input to all other WGP projects, including water viability studies,
+ Provide input into policy, strategy and implementation of projects within local government and the water sector as a whole by the Water division at AECOM
+ Business development and client liaison including proposal drafting
+ Leading and mentoring junior staff in WGP
**Personal attributes and skills required for the job:**
+ Ability to communicate proficiently in English – both verbal and written
+ good inter\-personal skills
+ self\-discipline and motivated to work independently or as a member of a team
+ proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite

**Minimum Requirements**
+ more than 15 years' experience with:
+ Infrastructure asset management
+ Government program and project management of civil infrastructure projects
+ Institutional development and support programs for civil infrastructure
**Preferred Qualifications** Civil engineering degree, professional registration, post graduate qualifications beneficial\.
