**Job Summary**
**The Opportunity**
In this newly created role you will be supporting the Group Director – Buildings \+ Places and other senior members of the group in the provision of administration services\. The role will work closely with the Administration Assistant to maintain the smooth efficiency of the office whilst ensuring that the quality of all deliverables is of a high professional standard and achieves excellent customer service\.
Specific role responsibilities will include:
+ Admin support including diary management, processing expense claims, organising meetings for the Group Director and senior members of the team\.
+ Assisting with preparation of project deliverables \(reports bid collateral and presentations\)\.
+ Ensuring document content and formatting requirements comply with client needs, AECOM brand and quality standards\.
+ Management of project documentation and file systems\.
**Minimum Requirements**
**About You**
You will be an experienced PA with both high level of admin skills and a strong customer focus and able to demonstrate:
+ The ability to multitask, responding to changing priorities and needs of the senior members of the Buildings \+ Places team\.
+ Experience in implementing new procedures\.
+ Strong communications skills, both written and verbal\.
+ Strong time management and organisation skills\.
+ A strong sense of commitment\.
