Requisition Number: IE103330 Interest Category: Business Operations/Admin/IT Interest Sub Category: Information Technology Job Title : Applications Manager Employment Category/Status: full-time Type of Position: Regular Hire Country: U.S. State: New York City: New York Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Minimum 12 years of practical experience in a related field • Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) • Demonstrated ability to deal with larger, more complex clients • Proficient in Oracle Unifier software • Valid Driver's License Required • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test Job Description: This position is part of the Construction Management team on the MTA Capital Construction East Side Access Project, a multi-billion dollar rail improvement project improving mobility within the Long Island Transportation Corridor-specifically commuter rail access between Long Island and the East Side of Midtown Manhattan. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Reports directly to MTA Senior Contract Administrator • Managing/creating complex Business Processes used by East Side Access (ESA) staff • Developing integrated Program Management information System (PMIS) applications and solutions using Oracle Unifier and Primavera software • Providing leadership, mentorship, training and direction to assigned staff • Meeting with Senior Program Management to incorporate software needs into Oracle applications • Developing PMIS procedures and organizing projects staff training programs • Other tasks as assigned With nearly 100,000 employees — including architects, engineers, designers, planners, scientists and management and construction services professionals — serving clients in more than 150 countries around the world following the acquisition of URS, AECOM is a premier, fully integrated infrastructure and support services firm.
