We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner’s representation to our clients around the globe\. **Job Summary** This position is for the MTA Capital Construction Company \(MTACC\) which oversees the construction of several large multi\-billion dollar capital improvements fro the MTA\. The position will serve as part of the Capital Construction Administration Department\. This position will report to the MTACC General Counsel and MTACC Program Executive\. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: + Provide claims analysis and review services, including review and analysis of contract entitlement, contract provisions, and cost impacts and delays to MTACC Design and Construction Projects, as assigned by the MTACC General Counsel and the MTACC Program Executive + Perform analyses and review of delay claims, including determinations of criticality, duration, impact, compensability and concurrency + Provide assistance in the preparation of MTACC positions before the Dispute Review Board \(DRB\), Chief Engineer, or for arbitrations, mediations, litigations and/or negotiations, and/or expert testimony for or relating to any of the foregoing + Prepare reports, position statements, factual summaries exhibits, and options and similar documents relating to the above **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field + Minimum 11\+ears experience in Claims/Contract Changes with 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role + Excellent telephone manner and thorough understanding of telephone procedures + Proficient with Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, and Outlook\); familiarity with Primavera 3/Primavera 6 + Detail oriented with excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills + Ability to work effectively within all levels of management + Able to proactively identify and resolve issues and prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner **Preferred Qualifications** None **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
