Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Processing of payroll for multi pay groups, multi state knowledge
+ Data entry into the ADP EV5 system
+ Data entry/research within Oracle
+ Detailed research within both ADP and Oracle
+ Answer inquiries timely and professionally
+ Other duties as assigned on an as\-needed basis
**Minimum Requirements** Education/Years of Experience:
+ High School diploma or equivalent with 3\+ years of experience
+ Previous payroll expertise/knowledge
Technical skills:
+ Above average data entry skills with high degree of accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with ADP \(Oracle would be a good to have, not a must\) would be considered an asset
+ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information handled
+ Motivated self\-starter and team player is essential
+ Ability to meet firm deadlines
+ Works well under pressure
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications \(i\.e\. MS Excel, Access, Work\)
+ Strong, organizational and customer service skills
