**About the Business Line** **Program, Cost, Consultancy**
We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\.
**Job Summary** • Ensure that the proposal activities adequately reflect the HSE policy and objectives\.
• Regularly review resources with Project and Construction Managers\.
• To be aware of and communicate to all department members the content of the Health, Safety, Environmental and its requirements\.
**Minimum Requirements** • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Project Management experience\.
• Minimum 5 years related experience\.
**Preferred Qualifications** • Fluent in oral and written English, excellent communication skills\.
• Related safety certificates\.
