Minimum Requirements: High School diploma and at least 3 years' experience.
Candidates should have:
• Experience conducting inventories of assets and equipment and identifying discrepancies.
• Experience in the proper stocking of material goods.
• Experience in accurate packing and related labeling of stock materials for shipment.
• Experience handling electric pallet jacks.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
It is highly desirable that candidates have:
• Experience using a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to enter, track, and update asset records.
• Experience working and resolving Incident tickets in a CMDB
• Working knowledge of MS Access.
• Experience in analyzing data from several data sources.
The position will also require occasional weekend work as part of a formal change control process and occasional after hours work to respond to any issues when required. A successful candidate must be willing and capable of performing hands on remote access management activities and be responsible for those support activities within the team. Success in this role demands great customer service skills, strong technical knowledge and, excellent organizational skills.
Participation in and oversight of a 24x7 on call rotation may be required.

Job Description: AECOM has an immediate opportunity for an Asset Management Clerk with a background in shipping and receiving, conducting inventories of IT hardware assets, and managing and maintaining inventory stock levels of peripheral equipment.
Successful candidates will be able to use both electric and manual pallet jacks to move assets and equipment from the loading dock to storage spaces and safely and securely store the material. They will also identify assets and equipment for release, properly stage the material, make arrangements for shipment, and update both the ticket and corresponding asset records in the CMDB.
Candidates should also be able to maintain an on-hand inventory spreadsheet of peripheral equipment and provide daily reports identifying when items reach established reorder points.
