**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary** AECOM is a leading provider of professional and technical support to the water industry, local government and private developers\. Our UK business continues to win exciting and challenging projects and we currently have requirements for CAD Technicians with a background in Revit / BIM design to join across the country\. Locations include Leeds, Tankersley, St\. Albans, Glasgow and Croydon\.

**Minimum Requirements**
+ Experience using the latest AutoCAD software packages\.
+ Experience draughting in all aspects of CAD drawing packages\.
+ Ability to work in 3D/BIM applications is desirable\.
+ Ability to undertake RC detailing via suitable software packages would be advantageous\.
+ Proven skills to successfully control and manage workload and the implementation of company and project CAD standards and drawing document procedures\.
+ Ability to work on own initiative as an experienced CAD operator, in conjunction with civil and structural design engineers\.
+ Ability to priorities own work to support business priorities\.
+ Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally and externally\.
+ Experience in all or some of the following areas; Site Development Drainage Infrastructure, the Water and Wastewater Industry, Dams, Reservoirs and Flood Schemes\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ HNC or equivalent in technical design\.
+ Experience with 3D software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/ or Revit is desirable, comprising also the application of project collaboration platforms\.
+ Conversant with Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint\.
