**Job Summary** The Delivery Excellence Lead will be based in the Northeast \(e\.g\., Boston, New York, etc\.\) and is responsible for partnering with Global Delivery Excellence and the geography/business group management team to drive operational improvements resulting in improved Gross Margin and Operating Cash Flow\. The individual will draw insights from operational and financial analysis to establish proper goals and objectives and will lead feedback from geography management to the Global Delivery Excellence team to help develop and lead the implementation of the Global following initiatives:

These operational initiatives will be the foundation for overall improvements in accountability, transparency, a no\-surprises approach and other key behavioral characteristics that this role will drive through operating management down to and including the project team level\.
Overall
+ Have full accountability for leading Delivery Excellence initiatives in their “areas”\.
+ Provide geographical or functional guidance to Delivery Excellence team for each initiative\.
+ Manage the implementation of each initiative according to Delivery Excellence objectives, including the planning, tracking of performance, status reporting and action planning as needed
+ Ensure that implementation has sufficient resources to support change management, communication and training needs
+ Stakeholder Management
+ Manage senior business sponsorship, involvement, and commitment
+ Secure buy\-in from key stakeholders throughout the business on all key issues and decisions, as well as changes in systems, processes and the organization
+ Identify audiences impacted by each Delivery Excellence initiative
+ Provide feedback to Delivery Excellence leadership \(e\.g\., what needs to start, stop and continue\) to help team better improve the build and implementation of each initiative
+ Transition Management
+ Drive change impacts associated with each initiative and be accountable for adoption and success of these changes
+ Communications
+ Drive DE communications to assigned stakeholder groups as needed, with the support of Change Management team resources
+ Training
+ Support assignment of training, build of the training schedule and associated logistics \(e\.g\., LMS administration\), with the support of Change Management team resources
+ Ensure that training is made a priority and people attend as scheduled
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 20 \+ years experience in operations and/or finance with demonstrated experience in operational leadership, program management, change management; hard money construction experience a plus\.Very strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data including financial statements, key financial ratios, project level financials, valuation models and techniques;
+ Willingness to challenge the status quo and advocate for change when data supports it, in spite of potential for resistance;
+ Strong oral and written communication skills;
+ Excellent influencing, negotiating and decision\-making skills;
+ Leadership and presence to effectively partner with geography/business line executives and collaborate with Corporate resources within the matrix, when needed;
+ Persistence and a strong focus on deliverables, balanced with excellent teamwork, listening skills and diplomacy;
+ Ability to work in a high\-paced environment with a sense of urgency;
+ Attention to detail while maintaining strategic focus;
+ Solid problem\-solving ability;
+ Strong organizational skills \- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
+ Ability to be resourceful, hands\-on, and work independently;
+ Ability to think creatively in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements;
+ Bachelor’s degree required
