Minimum of three (3) years of material/supply functions, either in the military services or in commercial applications is required. U.S Marine Supply background preferred. High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of material/supply functions, either in the military services or in commercial applications is required. Knowledge of governing supply systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals or established guidelines. Analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data and establish facts and to take or recommend action based upon applicable established guidelines. Must have ability to meet physical demands and pass any related medical examination requirements required to perform daily assigned tasks. May be required to pass a U.S. Government background security check. “Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English" Job Description: Shall be proficient performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions. Transmits and receives data via floppy disk, modem, and other electronic means. Extracts data, formulates and interprets management reports, creates archives, backups, and data saves in support of deployments and detachment operations. Perform a wide range of clerical and administrative and financial duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing and typing. Perform tool room management IAW Tool Control Program (acting as Tool Control Program Coordinator), Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program, Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) Program Coordinator. Perform Hazardous Material Control and Management Supervisor requirements. Responsibility: Performs requirements in accordance with the procedures established in the PWS. Performs aviation maintenance material control functions in support of the activity’s assigned aircraft, engines, ALSS, support equipment and flight designated personnel. Must have ability to meet physical demands and pass any related medical examination requirements required to perform daily assigned tasks. Must pass a U.S. Government background security check and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
