**Job Summary** We are seeking a Training Manager in our Los Angeles office to join our Delivery Excellence Team\.
Reporting to the Director of Change Management, the Training Manager supports the development and execution of the global training program for Delivery Excellence\. He/she will coordinate training activities, assist in the implementation of training across each Business Group, and assist in the management of all systems in support of the training process\.
Principal Accountabilities:
Strategy
+ Determine overall training strategy and needs across Delivery Excellence Program\.
+ Oversee the audience identification, role mapping and training requirements process\.
+ Manage the creation and maintenance of Training Development and Delivery Plans\.
+ Manage the identification of resources for Training Development and Delivery\.
+ Support the Business Group Change Managers in achieving all their training objectives\.
+ Review and assess the implementation versus critical success criteria\.
Training Development
+ Manage the build of the Delivery Excellence Training Curriculum across all work streams\.
+ Manage the development, tracking and review process of all training deliverables\.
+ Oversee the training material content system, including the build and on\-going maintenance of the system\.
+ Support Trainers/ Super Users in acquiring the skills and knowledge required to perform activities\.
Training Delivery
+ Manage the creation and maintenance of Training Logistics Plans\.
+ Via the Core and Extended Change Management Team, coordinate the scheduling and delivery of End User training across the streams and locations, ensure that accurate training records are maintained, and manage the evaluation of training\.
+ Manage the build, implementation, training and on\-going support of the program LMS\.
+ Work with Business Group Change Managers to ensure appropriate training facilities at each site for the rollout of each work stream initiative\.
+ Manage the implementation and tracking of training across all Business Groups\.
+ Via the Trainers/ Super Users, coordinate pre and post go\-live support for the business\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ 10\+ years of experience in a Training / Learning Management role managing large teams of instructional designers, training developers, trainers, schedulers and logistics resources
+ Experience working within a global, multi\-site company
+ Proven track record of helping to drive and manage change in a large, complex organization through effective training and learning development programs
+ Extensive experience in managing multi\-phase, multi\-site, large\-scope business process and technology implementation rollouts \(i\.e\. SAP, Oracle, etc\.\)
+ Strong experience and understanding of Learning Management Systems
+ A thorough understanding of training methodologies and best practice, including all aspects of blended learning
+ Experience developing blended learning curriculums and solutions \(i\.e\. Instructor Led, Web Based, etc\.\)
+ eLearning experience with Camtasia, Articulate, or similar authoring tools
+ Ability to deliver high\-quality, trainer\-led training
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
+ Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
+ A positive approach to teamwork
+ Excellent PC skills
+ Be seen as competent by fellow colleagues
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Technology, Education or Business
+ Master’s Degree preferred
