**Job Summary** The Transportation Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Intern for our Middleton, WI office\. This position will support the Lead Administrative Assistant in a Department of Transportation project office\.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
+ Greeting visitors
+ Answering phone
+ Checking in/directing visitors
+ Coordinating mail, filing
+ Reserving conference rooms
+ Maintain office/safety supply inventory
+ Plot/scan make copies, maintaining printers
+ Will frequently use Word, Excel, and Outlook office software
+ Work cooperatively with others
+ Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication skills
+ Multi\-tasking skills are essential to this role
+ Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
+ Performs a variety of basic clerical tasks with some supervision
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
+ Willing to work daily in project office located in Edgerton, WI
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous experience and knowledge of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s project development processes
