**Job Summary** AECOM are seeking talented individuals for a major, high profile rail bid in Qatar\.
The Commercial & Contracts Manager will provide oversight on all commercial matters relating to the design, construction and supply contracts, managing the procurement and budget control functions\.
**Minimum Requirements** The successful candidate will display the following experience;
+ Procurement under different forms of contract for major civil infrastructure and rail transit projects and will be able to implement effective contract administration procedures\.
+ Develop claims avoidance and mitigation strategies, as well as a sound understanding of insurances and bonds
+ Fully conversant with Conditions of Contract for Plant & Design\-Build
+ Ability to manage the translation of client contracting strategy into effective and comprehensive contract documents with strong management skills
**Preferred Qualifications** Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
P\.Eng or Chartered Status from a recognised professional Body\.
