**Job Summary** AECOM are seeking talented individuals for a major high profile rail project bid in Doha, Qatar\.We are looking for qualified candidates for the role of Safety, Security and Systems Assurance lead\. As a Safety, Security and Systems Assurance lead engineer, you will utilize related software programs such as Isograph and Relex, as well as Review of Test Plans and Acceptance Criteria and report findings for Construction and Fabrication\. Candidates must be able to independently conduct systems safety, RAM and security analysis such as Preliminary Hazards Analysis, Systems Hazards Analysis, Operations Hazards Analysis, Failure Mode Effects and Critical Analysis, Threat and Vulnerability Risk Assessment, Safety Risk Assessment, and RAMS Calculations\. Knowledge of Fire/ Life engineering and familiarity with NFPA130 and EN50126 and MIL\-STD 882 is required\.
Required Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 20 years of related experience
+ Bachelors Degree in related specialties
+ Transit rail experience
+ Candidates must also have experience in Systems Safety and Security Certification including developing certifiable elements and items lists, generation and resolution of Design and Specification Checklists, Systems Integration and Pre\-Revenue Testing, Preparation of Final Safety and Security Verification Report, Prepare Design Criteria, Specifications, Plans, Programs, and Procedures, and Provide Support for Construction and Fabrication
+ Excellent written and verbal skills
+ Ability to conduct and review Safety Analysis and threat/ vulnerability assessments \(security\)
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Experience leading multi\-discipline teams
+ Ability to develop and implement RAMS program and Safety case\.
+ Familiarity of industry practices and regulations such as NFPA 130, ENS0126 and MIL\-STD\-882\.
+ Thorough knowledge of current technology; must be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project\.
+ Knowledge of Standard International Specifications and code of practices\.
+ Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
+ Ability to establish and maintaining effective working relationships with staff/Team
**Preferred Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field and 10\+ years related experience\.
