**Job Summary** AECOM is current seeking talented individuals for a major, high profile rail project bid in Doha, Qatar\.
The Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental \(QHSSE\) Manager will be responsible for Quality Control and Quality Assurance, developing a management system fully compliant with local legislation and any applicable regulations and codes of practice\. Responsibilities will include;
+ Reviewing procedures related to quality control and quality assurance of works
+ Assistance in quality control and quality assurance procedures of the contractor
+ Training on the quality control and quality assurance procedures
+ Assistance in Client procedures related to ISO compliance
+ Manage the non\-conformance process for effective resolution and process improvement
+ Verification and validation of the effective implementation of the quality plans by means of surveillance and audit of project activities
**Minimum Requirements** The successful candidate will display the following experience;
+ A minimum of 20 years work experience
+ Thorough working knowledge of all aspects of different rail systems and will be capable of leading a team of engineering specialists
+ Expert knowledge of the main systems used in Tram / LRT lines or of associated systems, of the safety requirements of an at\-grade transit system, including urban insertion factors, as well as underground transit systems according to international standards and accepted best practice\.
**Preferred Qualifications** Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
P\.Eng or Chartered Status from a recognised professional Body\.
