**About the Business Line** **Water**
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design\-build\.
**Job Summary** The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Manager for immediate employment in our Middleton \(Madison\), Wisconsin office\.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
+ Supervises the work of multiple technical disciplines with a broad general knowledge of many aspects of municipal engineering
+ Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technical aspects of large projects
+ Finds, pursues and wins long\-term, large business opportunities by networking with clients as well as within the municipal industry to develop business relationships
+ Has a solid foundation of understanding or analysis of client business practices and goals
+ Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definition
+ Has broad knowledge of the business to support cross\-discipline, business line, and region collaboration
+ Develops and formulates solutions to client problems on assigned projects
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent
+ 15\+ years of related work experience in municipal design and client management
+ Registration as a professional engineer in Wisconsin
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
+ Knowledgeable of standard engineering techniques and procedures
+ Knowledge of the plan preparation and modeling techniques in with XP\-SWMM, HEC\-RAS, WinSLAMM, AutoCad Civil 3D
+ Experience in plan production and specification preparation
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 15\+ years of related work experience in municipal design and client management
+ Experienced in presenting projects to local government bodies and committees
+ Experienced in presenting projects at public information meetings and public involvement
+ Experienced in working with WDNR, WisDOT, Corps of Engineers and other regulatory agencies
+ Experienced in working with FDM and AASHTO design standards
+ Knowledgeable of Wisconsin Bidding law for public works projects
+ Knowledgeable of storm water management and erosion control requirements under NR 151 and NR216 of Wisconsin Administrative Code
