Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design\. We embed sustainability principles in every design\. **Job Summary** To support the business unit in Operational and financial activities Our Ireland Building & Places and Engineering team continues to grow the service across Ireland\. It has successfully secured positions with many high profile clients and some of the largest projects and programs currently happening, as a direct result if this growth it is currently seeking a PMA to support the business unit in Operational and financial activities _Key responsibilities:_ + **Monthly BU Dashboard** – pull together dashboard around key metrics under People, Clients, Excellence etc\. + **Systems understanding / go to person –** Salesforce, ABC, APIC, ePMP + **Systems roll out –** embed new systems + **One Reviews –** coordinate, chair and report on \- loss making client and project reviews with Project Managers and Project Directors\. Plans in place for recovery + **Service quality –** adherence to APIC and ePMP – Project Directors, Project Managers\. Support with Audit preparation and compliance + **Finance \-** Timecard training and compliance; attend APIC reviews, record agreed actions and follow up with PMs; provide overflow DPM resource when required; track billing plans on an office\-wide basis, and liaise with the Billing Team as appropriate to drive a reduction in DSO \(Days Sales Outstanding – WIP and debt\); attend debt calls and help drive closure of debt issues; Analysis of non\-fee earning time and expenses and remedial action as appropriate; Co\-ordinate and analyse monthly project WIP and accruals figures supplied by Project Managers and challenge where appropriate _Secondary Responsibilities / Liaison with Others\*:_ + **SH&E:** Drive compliance with SH & E requirements; coordinate the Business Unit’s H&S activity; maintain file of project Risk Assessments; maintain CSCS register; PPE Register and update equipment stocks; co\-ordinate training needs and maintain the training register + **Pipeline:** Salesforce Management, drive the Business Unit’s Salesforce activity + **Performance Management:** liaise with HR to make sure the performance management process runs smoothly including assisting with scheduling reviews; tracking to ensure target timescales are achieved + **Annual Leave –** make sure register maintained for business line to help ensure holidays are not back end loaded \(spread them over the year\) + **Resource Meetings –** ensure bi\-weekly calls are taking place across the BU to maximise utilisation **Minimum Requirements** + Candidates should have experience in a similar role, ideally within a Consulting environment\. + Systems experience on SalesForce and Oracle\. + Experience of supporting fee earning consulting, legal or project based teams\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ideally Degree educated or relevant experience **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
