This person will partner with the Ecosystem Project Team and Center of Excellence \(IT\) to test and support the rollout of the Ecosystem implementation and enhancements\. This person will also focus on the people side of Ecosystem and will be responsible for supporting the development of materials and documentation in order to train key users as well as the delivery of training as outlined in the global rollout schedule\. This one\-year position will start in June 2015 and continue through May 2016 with the possibility of an extension if required by the larger program plan\. **MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:** 99. Test the Ecosystem Best Practices and Systems solution by providing real business insight into the development of test scripts and their execution as well as evaluation of results 99. Prepare training material curriculum, data and user documentation and provide training support as necessary 99. Train Local Super Users and Change Managers to deliver training to End Users during initial rollout, future users as part of the on\-boarding process and on\-going training of best practices 99. Provide on\-going support for their area of the business, including revisions or continuous improvements in response to: - Changing business needs, new markets, new services and client requirements - Changes to project delivery methods or key performance indicators as defined by Delivery Excellence - Workflow approvals and delegations of authority \(DOA\) based on business governance changes - Revisions to functional area support responsibilities or organizational design that may impact project delivery - Changes in enterprise, business group or geography DOA, as defined by the Office of Risk Management 99. Partner with Ecosystem Center of Excellence \(IT\) to identify, design and support implementation of system enhancements or business process revisions to match changing business environments, such as inclusion of new businesses, new geographies or integration of new organizations **Minimum Requirements** 1\. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technical, or related field with at least 5 years of hands\-on practical business experience\. 2\. Experience working in the E&C industry \(i\.e\. engineering, construction, etc\.\) 3\.Experience working within a global, multi\-site company 4\.Have a thorough understanding of project planning and management 5\.Proven track record of accurate and on\-time delivery of assignments 6\.Have high aptitude for systems and technology 7\.Have excellent communication, presentation and writing skills 8\.Have a positive approach to teamwork and training 9\.Ability to work multiple assignments and keep deadlines and work successfully with all levels of employees 10\.Have a thorough understanding of training methodologies and best practices, including all aspects of blended learning 11\.Experience developing blended learning curriculums and solutions \(i\.e\.
