*Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or computer field.
*Master’s degree in business or technical discipline is desired.
Work Experience Field:
10 years’ experience in program management; 5+ years of experience in DoD program acquisition field is highly desired.
Special Skills:
*The candidate must have a strong ability to work in a team environment with demonstrated leadership and customer interface skills.
*Must have Pacific Command and DoD acquisition/sustainment experience.
*Experience with Government contracting environment preferred.
*Excellent communications, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.
*Position may require significant travel.
*The position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance; active Top Secret clearance is highly desired.
*PMP highly desired

Job Description: AECOM has an opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team in Hawaii at Camp HM Smith.
Essential Job functions Include:
*Candidate will manage programs providing multi-disciplinary subject matter experts associated with special operations, engineering analysis and support in the design, development, implementation, operation, and sustainment of DoD weapon systems.
*Candidate will assist in the planning, control and direction of staff and support personnel and provide program financial and budgetary information to management.
*This position will provide program and project management support to Pacific Command, Special Operations Command, Pacific Air Forces Command and United States Army Pacific Command, Air Force Materiel Command, and organizations, and other Service Components.
*The candidate will also direct the development of new business initiatives and provide direction for the implementation of marketing and business strategies.
*This includes interacting directly with potential customers to develop market share analysis and projections and define and implement key objectives of marketing strategies.
*The candidate will be the focal point for future business development initiatives in and around Camp Smith, Joint Base Pearl Harbor and other DoD facilities in the surrounding areas. Candidate will also manage proposal activities.
*Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
