We enable the success of our employees and our operations by ensuring they have the tools, information, resources and support they need to do their jobs\. **Job Summary** We now how a fantastic opportunity for a ‘Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist’ to join our team in Shanghai\. Reporting to the ‘Manager, Talent Acquisition – Greater China’ the role will see you lead from the front, partnering and more importantly \- influencing your key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor in entire ‘Talent Acquisition’ spectrum\. You will formulate, drive and execute innovative ‘Talent Acquisition’ strategies to ensure you source and secure talented and diverse candidates for your business region\. You will manage a diverse portfolio of disciplines at all levels, so your adaptability will be critical in this role\. In return is the opportunity to oversee a large and diverse central region within our China business where your input and expertise will be highly sought after by Senior Business Leaders\. Responsibilities: + Manage full life\-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre\-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on\-boarding process\. + Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends\. + Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames\. + Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels + Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks\. + Build relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed\. + Create a positive candidate experience \(for both the selected and non\-selected candidates\) throughout the entire recruiting process\. + Work with the Manager, Talent Acquisition – Greater China to suggest, develop and drive process improvement **Minimum Requirements** + Experience with Architecture/Engineering/Construction \(A/E/C\) industry related recruiting\. + Minimum 9 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience\. **Preferred Qualifications** + Proven experience identifying and hiring talent within the engineering consulting industry + Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers\. + Must have strong written/verbal, interpersonal communication, negotiation and analytical skills\. + Must have strong sourcing and networking skills\. + Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with proven ability to make decision based on sound judgments\. + Experience working with geographically\-dispersed, virtual teams, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment\. + Ability to change recruitment direction and priorities, based on ever changing critical needs\. + Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture\. + Demonstrated good understanding of PRC employment laws\. + Both Mandarin and English communications skills \(both verbal and written\) is essential\. **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
