Minimum Requirements: AECOM is seeking an Systems Analyst 1 in our Crane, IN location!
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Excellent communications and analytical skills; demonstrated working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
Position may require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software and the ability to acquire IAT2 certification.
Position may require travel. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Job Description: Review and analyze client requirements, and propose system solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
Evaluate client requirements and recommend solutions.
Support installation and implementation of selected solution, including technical assistance and client training.
Support production process, including trouble-shooting, follow-on training, upgrade assistance.
Analyze existing systems to evaluate effectiveness and recommend changes where appropriate.
Prepare detailed documented requirements for selected activities (i.e., data management, configuration management, program management)
Comply with hardware and software systems standards and procedures.
May provide informal training in implementing software programs based on user requirements.
