**Job Summary** AECOM
Strong understanding of professional HR concepts\. Partners with local management to provide support in all areas of Human Resources, implement corporate HR initiatives, provide analysis and recommendations using HR analytics and provide coaching\. Handles HR functions and employee inquiries requiring more discretion and judgment\. Responsible for the daily administration of policies and programs covering several human resources activities\. Assists in developing and interpreting policies and procedures\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Performs professional level human resources activities in support of the organization\.
+ Administers and interprets company policies and procedures on behalf of employees and management\.
+ Supports HR Management with recruiting and hiring, on\-boarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, policy and labor law interpretation, employment separations and general employee support\.
+ May perform employee investigations, compliance and audit activities, and employee and management coaching\.
+ Bachelors degree
+ 3\-5 years experience as HR Generalist
**Preferred Qualifications** Advanced degree preferred
