We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents\. **Job Summary** We are currently recruiting for an IT Coordinator for our centrally located St Albans office\. Forming part of the newly established Governance, Risk and Compliance \(GRC\) Team, the IT Coordinator will report in to the IT Lead Buyer and will provide administrative support to the GRC Team\. The GRC Team covers the following functions; Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Governance, Risk, Compliance and Information Security\. The Administrator will be expected to familiarise themselves with each area so that they are in a position to provide support as and when required\. This role will suit an individual who has previous experience of working within a fast paced environment and enjoys the challenge of managing a variety of different tasks\. As the IT Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities: • On\-Line Ordering with IT suppliers / Mobiles and Hardware\. • Invoicing approval and allocation of cost centres\. • Vendor engagement / management with Weekly reviews\. • Weekly lease agreements reviews\. • Weekly /Monthly conference calls\. • Provide support to the Asset Management Team\. • Provision of weekly/monthly excel reports for the IT Lead buyer & Management team\. • Providing back up support to the other Coordinators\. • Call Management – own and manage calls as allocated by IT Service Delivery\. Initial engagement within 24 hours\. • Proactive approach to identify issues & resolutions\. • AECOM Users & IT teams engagement\. **Minimum Requirements** The following will be required for this role: • A commitment to service quality and customer focus\. • Good knowledge of MS Office software package – Word, Excel and Powerpoint tools\. • Attention to Detail\. • A methodical approach to planning and completing work to deadlines\. • A flexible approach to the content of work\. • Good communication skills\. • Ability to integrate in to a team and contribute towards the success of the team\. • Self\-motivated and ability to work on own with minimum supervision\. • Display good initiative and the ability to suggest and implement improvements\.
