Come share your passion with us\. **About the Business Line** **Program, Cost, Consultancy** We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public\- and private\-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States\. **Job Summary** The Cost Management team within our London office is currently seeking a full time **Administrator** with the following requirements\. Job Responsibilities: Provide general administration support to the business line, which will include, but is not limited to: •Formatting, populating and setting up templates for reports and presentations\. This may include supporting some bidding activity if the demand for this cannot be met from the dedicated bid support resources and the bidding is prioritised by the business\. •Archiving support and implementation of the national archiving standards •Photocopying and collation of documents such as ADOBE “stapling” •Setting up meetings, including assisting with hospitality and diary support •Liaising with property and FM to manage local site issues such as access for maintenance contractors •Assisting with new starter procedures for managers including site induction, ordering of phone and IT kit •Stationery ordering and assisting with procurement and supplier management tasks such as photocopying and forwarding invoices **Minimum Requirements** •Excellent ICT skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Powerpoint\. This should include working with Macros •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •A high level of attention to detail •A “can do” approach and attitude, with a creative and problem solving mindset •Ability to take a flexible approach which responds to the issues presented •Confidently deals with changing requirements •Consistently looks for new and more effective ways to do things •Professional personal approach and manner, able to command the respect of the operating businesses •Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field\. •Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals\. •Works under direct supervision **Preferred Qualifications** GCSE \(or equivalent\) passes in English, Maths **What We Offer** AECOM is a place where you can put your innovative thinking and business skills into high gear and work alongside other highly intelligent and motivated people\.
