**Job Summary**
Our Glasgow office are looking for a Technical Administrator to join the Building Consulting team\.
Job responsibilities will include the following:
General Typing \(Copy/Audio\)
Admin associated with Purchase Orders from Clients
Assisting with internal Business Development online monitoring
Assisting with Financial and Business Development Tracking for team
Assisting with internal project financial online monitoring
Admin for working with survey data base for projects
Arranging meetings for team
Assisting with arranging all travel, hotels etc for team
Filing/Archiving
**Minimum Requirements** Extensive experience with Microsoft Office packages
Experience with preparing reports and submissions
Experience with working to tight deadlines
Experience and knowledge of financial reporting, invoicing etc
Eager and willing to learn
Ability to prioritise workload
Construction related experience and knowledge advantageous
**Preferred Qualifications**
Microsoft Office package training Administration qualification\(s\) preferred
