**Job Summary** Die **Berater von AECOM Deutschland im Bereich Strategy\+** entwickeln innovative Arbeitsplatz\-Konzepte und moderne Arbeitswelten von morgen\. Wir schaffen für unsere Kunden an den Schnittstellen von Technologie, Architektur und Mensch neue, zukunftsfähige Arbeitsplatz Strategien und begleiten den umfassenden Veränderungsprozess von der Analyse der Ausgangssituation, über Strategie\- und Organisationsstudien bis hin zur Erstellung von Pilotkonzepten und der Umsetzung von Roll\-outs inklusive umfangreichen Change Programmen\. Als Junior Consultant im Bereich Strategy\+ unterstützen Sie die Teams die unsere internationalen Kunden bei der Entwicklung innovativer Arbeitsplatz\-Strategien und deren Umsetzung begleiten\.
**Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen**
+ Mitarbeit bei der Beratung unserer Kunden zu allen Aspekten der strategischen Büroraumplanung
+ Unterstützung der Projektleitung verschiedener Kundenberatungs\-Teams
**Minimum Requirements** **Ihr Profil**
+ Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Innenarchitektur, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Psychologie bzw\. vergleichbare Qualifikation
+ Erste Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsplatzberatung wünschenswert
+ Qualifikation in Raumplanung und \-design, prozessorientierter Beratung und Organisations\- Entwicklung bzw\. Change Management von Vorteil
+ Interesse an Konzeptentwicklungen, Design und modernen Arbeitsplatzkonzepten sowie an Innovation, Technik und unternehmerischen/ organisationalen Zusammenhängen
+ Sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
+ Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Kreativität, sowohl selbstständige als auch teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
+ Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office Anwendungen
+ Zeitliche wie örtliche Flexibilität
**Preferred Qualifications**
