**Job Summary** The Transportation Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and self\-motivated Bridge Engineer for immediate employment in the Cincinnati, Ohio office\. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in bridge design in Ohio, and must be able to independently manage personal workload and design bridge projects for state and local clients\.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Minimum B\.S\. in Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in bridge design
+ Registered as a P\.E\. in the State of Ohio
+ Duties will require proficiency in steel and concrete bridge design as well as the ability to learn and develop technical skills for unique and advanced design requirements on projects
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of bridge design software
+ Experience with ODOT design policies, procedures, and requirements
+ Eligibility for prequalification with ODOT for Bridge Design Levels 1 and 2
+ Microstation experience
+ Bridge Inspection experience
+ LRFD design experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Valid driver's license required
+ Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre\-employment background check and drug test
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Occasional travel for up to a week at a time may be necessary with this position
