**Job Summary** Die Berater von **AECOM Schweiz** im Bereich Strategy\+ entwickeln innovative Arbeitsplatz\-Konzepte und moderne Arbeitswelten von morgen\. Wir schaffen für unsere Kunden an den Schnittstellen von Technologie, Architektur und Mensch neue, zukunftsfähige Arbeitsplatz Strategien und begleiten den umfassenden Veränderungsprozess von der Analyse der Ausgangssituation, über Strategie\- und Organisationsstudien bis hin zur Erstellung von Pilotkonzepten und der Umsetzung von Roll\-outs inklusive umfangreichen Change Programmen\. Sie begleiten zusammen mit Ihren Teamkollegen unsere internationalen Kunden bei der Entwicklung innovativer Arbeitsplatz\-Strategien und deren Umsetzung\.
**Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:**
+ Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Arbeitsplatz\- und Designkonzepten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Vorentwurfsplanung \(z\.B\. Erstellung von Layouts, „Design\-to\-build\-Plänen“\)
+ Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Change Management Maßnahmen \(z\.B\. Workshops und Großgruppen\-Veranstaltungen\)
+ Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Organisations\-Studien \(z\.B\. Mitarbeiterbefragungen und Interviews\)
+ Zuarbeit in der Kundenberatung zu allen Aspekten der strategischen Büroraumplanung \(z\.B\. Vorbereitung von Kundenpräsentationen\)
+ Übernahme von Aufgaben im Projektmanagement
**Minimum Requirements** **Ihr Profil:**
+ Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Innenarchitektur bzw\. vergleichbare Qualifikation
+ Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
+ Interesse an Konzeptentwicklungen, Design und modernen Arbeitsplatzkonzepten sowie an Innovation, Technik und unternehmerischen/ organisationalen Zusammenhängen
+ Sehr gute Projekt\- und Selbst\-Management Kompetenzen
+ Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office Anwendungen \(insb\. PowerPoint und Excel\)
+ Fundierte Kenntnisse in AutoCAD und Photoshop erforderlich; Kenntnisse in SketchUP/ 3D Visualisierungssoftware wünschenswert
+ Exzellente Deutsch\-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englisch\-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
+ Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache \(Französisch oder Italienisch\) von Vorteil
+ Analytische Fähigkeiten
+ Zeitliche wie örtliche Flexibilität
+ Teamgeist, Kommunikations\- und Kontaktstärke sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
**Preferred Qualifications** Kenntnisse in SketchUP/ 3D Visualisierungssoftware wünschenswert
