We provide professional services in areas such as aviation, transit, freight rail, highways and bridges, planning, and ports and marine\. Our global network of top\-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries\.
**Job Summary** As the Cost Control Lead, you will be responsible for providing cost planning and control services, project financial reporting and cost related computer systems analysis\.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Liaison and coordination of assignments with the project management team\.
+ Provide specific expertise in quantity surveying to assist the design team in the systematic calculation and checking of construction quantities\. Preparation of bills of quantities and assembly of contract documents\.
+ Prepare initial project budgets and schedules for internal review and submission to clients\.
+ Prepare monthly projects reports including an assessment of costs to date vs\. budget and actual progress vs\. schedule\.
+ Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Assurance policies and procedures\.
**Minimum Requirements** You will have at least 10 years of relevant experience
Previous or current working experience in GCC
Experience within major transport projects
**Preferred Qualifications** A minimum of a Bachelors Degree\.
