Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Three years related experience. Must possess general knowledge of office routines to include scheduling, general office administration, and a working knowledge of standard computer software. Must possess good oral and written communications skills. Position may required the ability to pass and maintain a security clearance. Knowledge of MAXIMO CMMS desired.
Job Description: Perform Scheduler/Planner duties to status, track, and coordinate assigned range of documentation and minor planning in support of a specific function, working within applicable operating procedures and policies.
Responsibilities include:
Perform scheduling/planning activities including documenting, statusing, tracking, planning, and coordinating contractual obligations of ISC.
Interact with customers to ensure scheduled tasks and customer satisfaction.
Ensure work documentation has been reviewed by required entities prior to execution, for proper coding, priority, and classification.
Review work requirement documentation, identify and coordinate needed support elements, coordinate access, and monitor work status during execution to ensure status and backlog validity.
Maintain accurate status and backlogs in computer database(s).
Perform, document, and coordinate discrepancy resolution of weekly status and completion date reviews for area of responsibility.
Generate periodic reports to track/report engineering, maintenance, or operations as directed.
Maintain security clearances, area permit(s), licenses, or certificates as required.
