The Human Resources Administrator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information/forms. • Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. • Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Performs E-Verify. • Set up files on all new personnel, terminated employees and maintain employee personnel files consistent with Company policies and government regulations. • Maintenance and audits of various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change, immigration, background, health informational and other confidential forms and records. • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases and ensures the document information is sent to HR Document Control for processing in a timely manner. • Provides information and assistance to employees • Assist employees with benefit information, signup and questions. • Assist employees with company policy and procedures. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) • Good written and oral communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Ability to multitask while remaining calm at all times • Good organizational skills. • Analytical and problem solving skills. • Positive attitude, engaging personality and strong customer service focus. • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain confidentiality of all department related information.
