• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Demonstrable intermediate to advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience assisting employees with new hire paperwork including the completion of I-9 forms, Motor Vehicle Records and Health and Welfare Benefits Information.
• Familiarity with FMLA and other state disability labor laws
Preferred Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resource Experience
• Associates Degree in Human Resources is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous Oil & Gas experience
• Experience with any of the following software systems: JD Edwards or Oracle
• Experience in employee relations

The Human Resources Administrator will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
• Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information/forms.
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Performs E-Verify.
• Set up files on all new personnel, terminated employees and maintain employee personnel files consistent with Company policies and government regulations.
• Maintenance and audits of various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change, immigration, background, health informational and other confidential forms and records.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases and ensures the document information is sent to HR Document Control for processing in a timely manner.
• Provides information and assistance to employees
• Assist employees with benefit information, signup and questions.
• Assist employees with company policy and procedures.
